Dr. Patrick Franklin will be presenting on whether Faith and Science can co-exist. The FREE event will be held at the Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre’s Aquasaur Theatre, Wednesday March 22 at 7 p.m.
Patrick Franklin (PhD, McMaster Divinity College) is Associate Professor of Theology and Ethics at Providence Theological Seminary (Manitoba, Canada). He also serves as Vice President of the Canadian Scientific and Christian Affiliation, as Book Review Editor for the journal Perspectives on Science and Christian Faith, and as Editor of the theological journal Didaskalia. He is the author of Being Human, Being Church: The Significance of Theological Anthropology for Ecclesiology(Paternoster, 2016) and several academic articles and book chapters. He and his wife lead a small church community in Mitchell, Manitoba affiliated with the Evangelical Covenant Church of Canada.
